Théodore Rousseau

Théodore Rousseau, born in 1812 in Paris and died in 1867 in Barbizon, was a French painter associated with the Barbizon School. His works, such as 'The Edge of the Forest' and 'Avenue of Chestnut Trees,' are admired for their detailed depiction of nature and atmospheric effects.
